Memory Card Recovery

We know that accidents happen and that our customers occasionally erase images they meant to save. Lakeside Camera Photoworks uses a variety of software solutions to recover lost images on corrupt memory cards. In most cases, unfortunately not all, we are able to retrieve the data from memory cards like SD, XD, Compact Flash and Memory Sticks as well as some computer hard drives. We’ll attempt to recover data from your memory cards for a fee of $45 per memory card.

Not all memory cards are created equal.

Some flash memory cards (like SD cards and Compact Flash cards for cameras) use better internal controllers than others. While cheap memory cards might be an o.k. option for the expansion slot in your phone, we think they are terrible options for your camera. Most people buy cameras to preserve their memories, why risk the failure of your recording medium to save a few dollars? This is why Lakeside Camera Photoworks recommends Promaster memory cards. In fact, if you have a problem with a Promaster memory card, we will attempt to recover your pictures at no charge to you and we’ll give you a replacement card over the counter. That is our guarantee!
